Saxon Marking

This teacher has a good marking system outlined at 2:39

Basically:
– Homework assigned and collected daily
– Student does all questions
– Student self-correct odds (highlight incorrect questions)
– Teacher covers evens in class
– Marking out of 10

Additionally:
– Skip a problem – 1/10
– Mark incorrectly – 1/10
– Correct answer with incorrect work -1/10
– No credit for assignment given late (4 late exemptions granted)
– If all assignments are submitted, the exam mark replaces lowest assignment mark (if it improves mark)
